Random post....

These bottles are not the different sized bottles...

On the left - After I washed it in the dishwasher, 

it shrunk proportionally without changing it's own shape

and the lid still fits...lol never seen anything like this before...hahaha

We all laughed so hard..

:: Alien faced Eggs...haha

:: The boys took their final Arabic Exam today...monitoring and studying with them for about a year and half through homeschooling, it benefited me as well - I can read and write some Arabic! haha

:: This kind of hot weather, we spend most of the time inside and the boys have been really

creative!  Caleb made a horse barn out of juice box and made a custom made horse entrance:) 

:: Instead of making straight exit, Caleb cut the box ear shape so, horse can get out...hahaha..

He is such smart and creative boy!

Ducksy and Sarah came to visit

Ben has an imaginary friend name Ducksy (his index and middle finger).  I have no idea where the name came from but he just started to play one day in the car when he was little.  He would use two fingers as if it is walking and talking:)  For a long time, Ducksy went everywhere Ben went and they were the best friends and chat all the time (Ben would make his voice higher tone as Ducksy).  But as time went by, Ducksy started to get Ben into troubles, made squeaky noise all the time..and often brought his friends To To and Pa Pa to our place and played together with Ben as buddies in crime:)  After we moved to Dubai, after a long talk with Ben, we have decided to send Ducksy off to college (he grew up really fast).  Once in a while he talked about Ducksy but gradually, Ben talked about it less and less.

Today, Ben and I were eating breakfast together and out of the blue, Ducksy came to visit us and he brought his wife Sarah with him..he has a job now (airline pilot) and two kids - John and Jack.  Ben, and Ducksy, his wife Sarah, and I had a nice talk over the breakfast:) Oh boy!  what imaginary friends can do! my silly boy Ben!

I USED to  take so many pictures..I don't know what happened to me??

I realized that I hardly take any pictures any more these days..

I need to get back into taking daily pictures! time is flying and the boys are growing up too quickly!

Random post.....I have been MIA...

:: My computer died about two weeks ago..it gave me multiple warnings that I have a dangerously low memory but I ignored it over and over then boom! my computer would not start up.   My hard drive is okay, it just need some free space so I am in the process of freeing the space..

:: The boys and I have been busy trying to catch up and doing lots of extra lessons so we can get it done before June 18th.   I cannot believe the school will be over in a month.  Looking forward to having a break!

::  Our family has been so blessed with our church Redeemer Church of Dubai.  It is just amazing to see what God is doing here in the Muslim country and the rulers of UAE are gracious enough to embrace different religion.   Especially, thankful that our church preaches gospel so clearly and sharing overflowing grace.

:: Thankful for some amazing women in the church and developing friendship.

It is getting so hot! 7:30 in the morning was 36C..and high in 42C...feels like hair dryer is blowing on my face..at least, there is breeze.

Beginning of Summer

The weather is getting hotter and hotter everyday...today's high was 41 C.  We have been enjoying some cool evenings until last week but, finally the cool evenings are gone and it is all hot and steamy! Boys are still playing outside but I don't know how long it will last though.   James made some shade for them to play but they haven't been out much.  Oh! beginning of Summer!

Back to normal days........

::Found Caleb's first cavity on his tooth...(케일럽 충치치료)

There was a TV on the ceiling, and they even asked Caleb which movie he wanted to watch on their DVD lists...this country is all about the service/convenience! ha

Even though Caleb didn't pay much attention rather, he was more focused on what the doctor was doing on his tooth, I thought that it was something!

:: Jumeirah Beach

After dentist visit, we went to the beach not too far away from the office, and it is about 15 minutes from our house.  It was late afternoon and windy so we got some really fun waves.   

Boys had a great time jumping over the waves and just being themselves....FREE SPIRIT!

:: Beautiful sunset!

:: Couple days later, we went back to the beach and had a picnic on the beach.  What a blessing!
