Yesterday morning when I walked out, there was a bag full of spinach in front of our door. The other day, an old lady who lives across from our house gave me some carrots and radishes from her garden. How wonderful to live near farming area- we get to taste fresh vegetables and the boys get to see how they grow!
Our neighbors are so generous and I'm thankful for their hard working!
I blanched some spinach and saved the rest for salad tonight!
