Le Jardin Du Roi Spice Garden is in keeping with the original French tradition of the 18th century spice trade. From its location atop hills and across valleys, the garden boasts rows of vanilla vines, citronelle, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper and other spices, as well as medicinal and endemic plants that offer a real experience of "nature at its best".
The spices, beautiful hand made candles and the medicinal plants, seldom seen in the world are also on sale at the Spice shop, which attracts people from all over the world.
Other buildings such as the old farm homestead still stands -- a pleasant reminder of yesteryears. The small museum houses interesting artefacts and documents on agriculture and history.
